Ashley is a Realtor® licensed in North and South Carolina. She has worked in the Real Estate industry for nearly a decade. Ashley’s vast experience with contract compliance and people management gives her a high level understanding of real estate transactions, client education, and client advocacy. In-turn, this knowledge gives her the ability to meticulously navigate real estate sales and keenly advise clients through informed decision making

Prior to real estate, Ashley has worked in Mental Health managing group homes, providing therapy to underserved youth, and creating systems to help those who are in need most. She earned a Bachelor's Degree from Wright State University before relocating to the Charlotte Metro Area in 2012.

Ashley's Real Estate career was sparked by helping with family investment properties and learning about generational wealth through Real Estate. Earning her Real Estate License in 2015, Ashley began as a sales agent and eventually pivoted to the Operations side of the business while raising her small children. As a transaction coordinator and sales manager, Ashley has closed over 500 transactions in 15 states. She has experience working with buyers, sellers, relocation companies, and investors alike. Ashley is an avid negotiator and is able to offer unique solutions to challenges that may arise. Her approach is to offer white glove service with reliance on industry driven data, quality marketing and technology, resource based recommendations, and integrity as a top priority.

Ashley spends her spare time volunteering at her daughters' school, attending church with family and friends, and roadtripping throughout the East Coast and Midwest. She's passionate about being an advocate for others, getting things done right - the first time, and of course- all things real estate!
